1. What's the delivery time frame?

In-stock products will be delivered within 3-4 business days once the order is received for all categories including Bare, Minimals, Neutrals, & Accessori. 

2. Is there any exchange/refund policy?

Any product bought from parandnyaq.com can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size/Color/SKU is incorrect
• There is a manufacturing defect

 

3. Do you deliver internationally?

No, not yet, but we are working on it.
