1. What's the delivery time frame?

In-stock products will be delivered within 4-6 business days once the order is received for all categories including Bare, Minimals, Neutrals, & Accessori.

2. Is there any exchange/refund policy?

Any product bought from parandnyaq.com except items on sale/customised/luxury pret & couture items can be exchanged within 14 Days after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size/Color/SKU is incorrect
• There is a manufacturing defect

3. Do you deliver internationally?
