Exchange & Refund Policy

Any product bought from PARAND by AQ can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

The size/Color/SKU is incorrect
There is a manufacturing defect

Please Contact Customer Care by

emailing us at parandbyaq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

To Exchange, or get a Refund, customer need to ship the parcel back ensuring that the product is in its Original Condition, Not wore or torn at all to our warehouse address that is Plot 137, Block D, Faisal Town, Lahore, Pakistan.

Once the parcel is sent back & received at our warehouse, the customer care representative will get back to you ASAP upon inspection.

All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer. (including both Delivery charges & returning)
