REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Any product bought from www.parandbyaq.com can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size/Color/SKU is incorrect
• There is a manufacturing defect

Please Contact Customer Care by emailing us at parandbyaq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once the parcel is sent back & received at our warehouse, the customer care team will get back to you ASAP upon inspection. 

All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer. (including both Delivery charges & returning)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once you have placed the order, it can be cancelled via WhatsApp at +92-306-5111880 within 24 hours after confirmation. After 24 hours, we can not cater any cancellations.
